Al Goldstein, flute and Martha Goldstein, harpsichord, play G.F Handel's Sonata in E minor and a fragment of J. S. Bach's sonata in E minor.

Some comments for flutists:

Al Goldstein is the same guy as the site owner. Several people have asked me if there were any recordings of my flute playing. At one time I had many reels of that. However they were all cannabalized for other recording projects.

However I found a cassette. It was a partial copy of a test tape I made of a Murray system flute I had ordered from Tom Green. It was Tom's opus #002. It is a very good flute, reminding me of my old Powell. The test tape contained the Handel Fitzwilliam sonatas (already up on this site) and the E minor sonatas of Handel and Bach.
